Your mortgage is your biggest expense, so it’s very important to make sure that you are protected in the event that life gets in the way of you making your mortgage payment. Many employers offer life and/or disability coverage, but it may not be enough to cover your living expenses, mortgage payment and property taxes. Mortgage insurance provides peace of mind in the event that you experience an unexpected loss of income.
HOW WE HELP
As part of Dominion Lending’s corporate policy, we are mandated to offer you insurance through Manulife. Many of our clients have either work or personal coverage with Manulife already, but this is the perfect time for a review. With your permission, a representative from Manulife will get in touch with you to discuss your insurance options. This will ensure that you and your loved ones have additional coverage if you feel your current coverage is not providing the security you desire.
